Mohit is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and a Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets) with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
Mohit has more than 12 years of experience in the accounting and financial domain. He has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of finance functions including system set-up, planning, modelling, process automation, MIS reporting, valuation, and advisory. He has worked closely with the promoters/management in setting up financial processes and internal financial controls to fill gaps in MIS reporting and compliance, thereby ensuring smooth finance functions in the organisation.
Previously, Mohit has been associated with Powergrid Corporation of India, Jindal Stainless Steel, and HCL Infosystem as a part of their finance team. He has also worked as a Finance Controller of a start-up, viz., ThinkLink.
With his rich experience, Mohit assists the promoters/corporates to simplify complex accounting and financial aspects of the business.
Mohit is a rank holder (All India Rank 18) in Cost Management Accountancy exams and also holds a certificate in financial modelling.
CA. Prachi Jain
Director, Head - Tax & Regulatory
Head – Corporate and International Tax
Qualifications: CA., LL.B., B. Com. (Hons.), a certificate in public policy All India Rank 1 and 8 in CA exams.
Prachi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a lawyer, with an overall experience of more than 10 years. She has gained expertise in various aspects of taxation, including international taxation, and regulatory matters. She has worked with a renowned law firm (L&L Partners) and PwC as a part of their Direct Tax team.
Prachi has rich experience in advising clients on inbound investment strategies, transaction advisory, and issues related to foreign direct investment. She also undertakes due diligence of targets on behalf of the investors/private equity funds.
Prachi’s vast consulting experience helps her to assist clients in the taxation and regulatory aspects of running a business.
Prachi is a rank holder (All India Rank 1 and 8) in the Chartered Accountancy exams. She also holds a certificate in public policy.
An experienced Cost and Management Accountant, Ankit has more than 5 years of experience working in the area of accounting and costing domain.
Having experience in international trading, Ankit comes with decent exposure in international markets.
Ankit takes a special interest in the edible oil industry and the stock market.
An experienced Chartered Accountant, Prince has 11+ years of working experience across diverse sectors.
With a blend of industry and consulting experience, Prince has rich and extensive experience in the area of internal and statutory audits, group reporting, financials consolidation, and Indian Accounting Standard (Ind-AS) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has hands-on experience in the finalization of accounts as per various statutes (generally accepted accounting principles, Ind-AS, and IFRS), limited reviews.
Prince has also worked with the assurance practice of KPMG.
