Prachi Jain

Prachi anchors direct tax and regulatory work across CorpNinja Advisors' practices, advising founders and companies on the tax, structuring, and compliance dimensions of raising capital and operating across borders. She brings over 17 years of experience across corporate and international tax, legal, transaction advisory, tax due diligence, fundraising, and regulatory compliance, and has worked with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices and with PwC. She is the author of Handbook on Fundraising: From Term Sheet to Compliance (Bharat Law House, 2025), a practical guide for private companies raising equity capital, with a foreword by Dr Apurva Chamaria. Outside work, she practises Vipassana meditation and is a passionate dancer.

Mohit Jain

Chartered Accountant · Cost & Management Accountant (All-India Rank 18) · Company Secretary · Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets), IBBI

Mohit anchors valuation and finance-function work across CorpNinja Advisors' practices, from valuations and financial modelling to fractional CFO support, MIS, financial systems setup, and financial due diligence. He brings over 18 years of experience, and earlier in his career worked with Power Grid Corporation, Jindal Stainless, HCL Infosystems, and ThinkLink. Outside work, he is a foodie and writes poetry.

Corporate Compliance & Secretarial

Indrita works across corporate compliance, governance, and company-secretarial practice, with over four years keeping businesses on the right side of the detail. She handles statutory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, board and shareholder meetings, FEMA and RBI matters, due-diligence support, and regulatory registrations from DPIIT and Startup India to IEC, MSME, and trademarks. Outside work, she enjoys music and café hopping.

Meghpreet Kaur

Accounting & Taxation

Meghpreet works across accounting and taxation, with over nine years spanning GST, TDS, and income tax. She finalises financial statements, and handles reconciliations and statutory filings. Outside work, she enjoys shopping and dancing.

Sourabh Das

Audit & MIS

Sourabh works across audit and MIS, with over eight years of experience spanning statutory and tax audit finalisation, GST and TDS compliance, and MIS reporting, budgeting, and treasury management. He has also supported audit engagements across sectors including clean energy, healthcare, and technology. Outside work, he enjoys gardening and watching soccer.

Audit & Financial Reporting

Prince works across statutory and internal audit, group reporting, and financial consolidation, with over 14 years of experience and a focus on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Outside work, he enjoys travelling.

Shivam Goel

Corporate & Regulatory Advisory

Shivam works across IPO advisory, due diligence, secretarial and corporate-law matters, FEMA compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory advisory, advising startups, private and public companies, and LLPs. Outside work, he creates educational videos on a range of topics.

Karan Gupta

Venture Capital & Fundraising Strategy

Karan is a venture capital investor with experience managing SEBI-registered Category I and II Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), through which he has invested in over two dozen companies from seed to pre-IPO stage across Deep Tech, AI, Fintech, Enterprise SaaS, and Industry 4.0. He works closely with founders on fundraising, capital strategy, and round structuring. Outside work, he has a strong interest in history and exploration.
